Where can I put it?
Front yard, back yard, driveway, inside a Hall, at school, at the club, or even at someone else's house. Provided there is room and entry access we can set up anywhere. (permission must be obtained from local councils if you wish to set up a castle in a public park)
Can the castles go on concrete?
As long as you let us know at the time of booking that won't be a problem. The jumping castle can go on grass, dirt, concrete, paving or asphalt as long as the area is flat. It is a good idea to have a predetermined site for your castle according to the required area space.
How long does it take to set up the jumping castle?
It takes around 10 - 15 minutes to set up the jumping castle, depending on the site and the type of access. We set up the castle before the requested hire time starts and it will be taken down after the requested hire time concludes.
How long does it take to dismantle the jumping castle?
It takes around 20 minutes to clean and dismantle the jumping the castle.
What happens if the weather is bad?
All of our children’s castles have a permanent sun and rain cover, so a light shower is ok. However, If the weather is particularly bad, we may call you prior to delivery to discuss possible cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel, if in our opinion, the weather is not suitable. When the weather is border line, we let you make the decision.
How much is delivery?
We deliver for free in the Mackay and Northern beaches area. If you are out of this area please see our price list page or call or email us for a quote.
Can I move the equipment after you have gone?
No, once in place, YOU MUST NOT MOVE OR ALTER THE EQUIPMENT. If you have any concerns, please evacuate the bouncy castle, switch off the power (if safe to do so), then call us immediately.
How is payment made and when?
Payment can be made by sending us a Cheque 10 days prior, or by direct deposit into our bank account. We also accept CASH payment to our driver upon delivery. Personal cheques are NOT accepted on the day of the hire.
Do you have public liability insurance?
Yes, Bounce Now Entertainment has full public liability insurance, and have an outstanding safety record. Therefore we are covered for all types of functions from backyard parties to corporate events Please let us know if you require a copy of our certificate of currency.
Does someone need to supervise the operation of the jumping castle?
Yes. For the safety of the children who will use the jumping castle. A responsible adult over 18 years of age must supervise the jumping castle at all times. There will be training given in the operating instructions for the jumping castle on the day of the hire.
Do you offer an attendant to supervise the kids?
Yes, you may hire an attended castle for an additional $45 per hour. This service and the cost of this service depend on the availability of an attendant.
